DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES and PRIVACY STATEMENT OSWOA.com and OGOVA.COM are providers of art galleries, both paid and free, and of information pertaining to OSWOA artworks. By creating a gallery on either site you are agreeing to be notified by the site administrators when it is deemed necessary by the site's administrators for site business. If your email is not valid, OSWOA.com has the right to turn off any gallery that does not have a valid email attached to the gallery, as it will be important to contact gallery members from time to time. PRIVACY: The privacy of any information transferred to this site is important to us. Neither OSWOA.com nor OGOVA.com will voluntarily give or sell any email information, unless it is in association with the transfer of the site itself, in which case, the emails will be still necessary for dissimilation of site information and will only be used for that purpose. OSWOA.com and OGOVA.com will do it's best to provide the services offered pertaining to the art galleries and display of the art. However, this service is provided with no guarantees and we assume no responsibility to outages that may make site participation impossible, or responsible for any data that is uploaded by the user onto the site. 3. YOUR REGISTRATION When you join OSWOA.com or OGOVA.com you must provide complete information about yourself by filling out all required information on the membership signup form and agree that the information is true, accurate and up to date! You agree to keep the information updated as long as your gallery is active. If it's ever discovered that contact information is not valid, your gallery can be deleted within two weeks after the invalid contact information has been discovered. If administrators deem that the information given is false or misleading we reserve the right to refuse service. 4. PRIVACY POLICY As stated above, your privacy is important to us. All data shared with this site via Registration, Log In information or in any other form will never voluntarily be shared with a third party without permission of the registrants, unless that third party has agreed to either take ownership of, or become part of a team of owners, of the websites OSWOA.com and OGOVA.com. 5. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY In order to maintain the integrity of OSWOA.com and OGOVA.com we will require both paid and free members to login to access their galleries. A password as well as your email will be required for the logging in procedure. It's your responsibility to keep that password secure and you will be held fully responsible for any activity that takes place under your password. In the case your account is compromised, you must notify OSWOA.com immediately upon discovery of such compromise so that we can take the necessary actions to secure the site. Paid accounts are set to automatically renew on the yearly renewal date. It is your responsibility to notify us of your intent to cancel your membership before the renewal date or your gallery will be renewed for another full year. There will be no partial refunds for memberships cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel your account, you must email the administration with the subject line of the email reading ACCOUNT CANCELLATION. 6. All the art and other content uploaded to this site is the responsibility of those who owns the passwords to the accounts responsible for those uploads. OSWOA.com nor OGOVA.com is not liable for any material other then the material found on the general non membership pages. Any art brought back through a search is also the responsibility of those that uploaded the art. Although OSWOA.com and OGOVA.com will do it's best to see to it that the art that is displayed is in no way unlawful, vulgar, hate based, racial or ethnically biased, hurtful to children, subject to liable, or otherwise objectionable, it is possible that objectionable works may slip through the safeguards. If this be the case, such works are the responsibility of those that uploaded said works and OSWOA.com and OGOVA.com owners or employees can not be held liable for any reactions caused by such works being seen. We only facilitate the sale by helping to bring the buyer and the seller together. The actual transaction is between the buyer and the seller! IT IS STRONGLY suggested to buyers that they take steps necessary to assure themselves of the buyers good internet, either by checking seller's feedback on sites such as Ebay, or by asking pertinent questions that will help them determine the validity of the artist. 8. LIABILITIES OSWOA.com and OGOVA.com IS NOT liable for any money loss due to art being sold or purchased through this site. We are only a conduit and although we like to believe the best of everyone, simply by virtue of having a gallery on these sites does not mean to imply that we endorse any artist or collector or stand behind their business dealings in any way! All who use this site agree to hold OSWOA.COM AND OGOVA.COM free from liability, including attorney fees, stemming from any losses that may occur, real or intended, through the use of this site. 9. SITE CODE COPYRIGHTED Those who use this site understand that particular coding was created to make this site accessible for artists and collectors to upload their art. The source code used to create this site is copyrighted and is not allowed to be copied or altered in any way. Any attempt to do so can result in legal channels being followed to redress the misuse of all copyright materials. Please, do not copy or alter the code in any way. 10. ARTWORKS COPYRIGHTED Works on this site are the property of those artists and/or collectors who uploaded the works. You may not copy works from this site for use either on, or off, the web without express permission of the copyright owners. 11. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OSWOA.com AND OGOVA.com, it's subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and other's who may be associated with either site, from any claims or demands made directly by the users or by any third parties who may claim regress due to any images or text or any other content which was uploaded or otherwise made available through either of these two websites in violation of this Terms of Agreement page or any other violations of the civil or inalienable rights of anyone, domestic or international. 14.
