1. OSWOA® IS A TRADEMARK OF OSWOA.COM  For trademark guidelines and permission for use CLICK HERE

2. All artwork described as OSWOA® in the title must be Original Art (visit OSWOA Explained for more clarification of Original), must be 4" x 6" or 6" x 4" (give or take an eight of an inch or so) and must be flat enough to fit into a standard 4" x 6" photo album sleeve.  ACEOs and/or other small format art (SFA) may be included in an auction with an OSWOA®.

3.It is against Ebay rules to use Keywords in the title of your auction if the auction does not contain that items so do not use ACEO in the title if you do not include an ACEO or at least an ACEO print in the auction!  Also, don't use  OSWOA® in the title of an auction if there is not an OSWOA® in the auction.  Keyword spamming works both ways.  If it's in the title and not in the auction then it's keyword spamming, pure and simple.

4.If you do include acronyms in your title such as SFA or ACEO, don't assume that other's will know what they mean!  Be sure to explain what the initials stand for in your description if you do not already.

5.The (ASRP) Artists Suggested Retail Price is 9.95.  If you wish to list lower then that, please consider listing your art as 4 x 6 art, miniature art, postcard art or general art.

6. Please identify OSWOAs on the back of the artwork with the the Artists litigable first and last name and the area of the world (I.E. Northwest Arkansas) they are from.

7. Use one of the terms below to further clarify your OSWOA artwork in your auctions title, or in the description and also on the back of your artwork.

OSWOA Watercolor
OSWOA Oil
OSWOA Acrylic
OSWOA Pastel
OSWOA Drawing (pen and ink, pencil, color pencil)
OSWOA Mixed Media, Collages, Altered Art
OSWOA  Digital Art or Photograph True and Original 1st
OSWOA Block Print (woodcut or linoprint)
OSWOA Pyrography (wood burning)

(If we have left any art forms out that you think should be included, please email dustie@dustie.com.)

7. Auctions should describe the OSWOA art movement in the listing description. You may copy and paste any text from this site into your listing description to help you explain your OSWOA and the OSWOA art movement.

8. No print may use the term OSWOA either in the auction title or the auction description unless the print is something other then OSWOA and is listed with an original OSWOA.

GRAPHICS to use when selling OSWOA Online.

Below you will find images free to use around the net along with the necessary html coding.  Use both lines of code provided and they will "link" back to this site.  Leave off the 1st line of code in all the graphics except the 1st when using in Ebay auctions.  Ebay has specific rules on which graphics you can use that link outside of Ebay.  They can not be larger then 88 x 33 pixels and they have to link to a page that explains what is it you are selling.  Only the 1st graphic below fits that criteria if you use both lines of code.   They open in a new window so the visitors to your site do not lose your auction. The rest of the graphics may be used, but use only the 2nd line of code if using in Ebay.  The first line links the graphics back to OSWOA.com.

EBAY'S LINKING POLICY

"Members are permitted to include one link to a page that further describes the item being sold in that listing. The primary intent of the link must be to further describe the item and the link must conform to eBay policy.  Example:  A web page that further describes an antique tea kettle may not contain other items not listed on eBay. However, that page may contain links to pages which do contain items not listed on eBay."

THIS LINK DOES ADHERE WITH EBAY LINK POLICIES
simply copy/paste the html below the graphic in your Ebay auction html description.

ALL THE IMAGES BELOW ARE ALSO FREE TO USE TO SPRUCE UP YOUR AUCTIONS,
however, if you use them on Ebay, do not use the 1st line of code.  That's the line that links them to this site.
Ebay does not disapprove of graphics in your auctions, only graphics that link out to other sites.  Only the graphic
above may link back to this website, and only to the page that  explains what an OSWOA is.
