OSWOA® is an acronym meaning Original Small Work Of Art.  All any art needs to do to be qualified to use the  OSWOA acronym  is to follow the guidelines below..

• Art must measure 4" x 6" within an eighth of an inch

• Art must be Original (No Prints)

• Art must be thin enough to easily fit into a 4" x 6" photo album sleeve, so collectors can create individual photo album galleries full of OSWOA® art!

• A number of polls held in the ebay OSWOA® group set a MAP (minimum advertised pricing) policy on OSWOA art at 9.95, so online OSWOA auctions should begin at 9.95 or 
  higher. 

OSWOA is a trademark of OSWOA.com.  Anyone is free to use OSWOA as long as the art being described with the acronym adheres to the guidelines for OSWOA art as written above.   You should use the ™ on the first important use of the acronym, either in your auction title, or in the auction description if you are selling OSWOA art at auction.  (hold down the alt and type 0153).
